Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast, and captain of her team in the US women's Olympic gymnastics 2012 Fierce Five team and in the year 2016. the Final Five. Aly Raisman is a gymnast from the United America who was awarded gold medals at the 2012 Olympics. In the end, she was the first American to compete at an Olympics with the top amount of medals. Gold medals she took home during the Olympics in 2016 marked the second consecutive gold medal for the US team. She was, together with her teammate Gabby - the first Americans to accomplish this accomplishment. She also won silvers in individual all around as well as for floor exercise. In between the two Olympics she took an absence from gymnastics competition for three years. Also, she was a member of the gold medal winning American teams in two World Championships. She began learning gymnastics in the age of 2 and her favourite event is floor exercise. Aly is a supporter for the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in memory her grandmother, who died from cancer. She plans to pursue an occupation in fashion and hopes to broaden her line of signature leotards and socks in future. Fierce - a novel she's writing, will be coming out in the year ahead.
